We also offer eviction “HELP” services! On the court appointed date and time a sheriff is sent out to remove old tenants, their belongings and give you your property back. We can show up with a full crew and remove the tenants stuff to the driveway. The Sheriff allows you just 1 hour to make it happen. As per law, all the tenants belongings need to sit in the driveway for 24 hours before being hauled away.
We also have people to clean and start the process of restoring your rental to a market ready state. We can also change locks and secure the rental unit. Plus we know a great property manager with reasonable rates so hopefully this won’t happen again!

Heating the building up to this temperature is in almost every case a success. Home bedbug heat treatments can cost $1000 or more. However, that is a small price to pay to get rid of these horrible creatures.
